These Terms govern all services provided by copywritebytes (P.IVA IT12897654321). By purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.
Services
copywritebytes provides digital copywriting services including website copywriting, app microcopy, product storytelling, blog content, social media playbooks, and case study writing. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.
Payment
Services are purchased online via Stripe. Payment must be completed before project work begins. Prices are in EUR, exclusive of VAT where applicable. A confirmation email is sent within 10 minutes of successful payment.
Scope and brief
Each project is governed by the purchased package and the brief agreed during the discovery process. Scope changes after the discovery phase may require a revised quote agreed in writing before additional work begins.
Revisions
Each plan includes a specified number of revision rounds. A revision round means all feedback is collected at once and addressed comprehensively in a new draft. Additional rounds can be added via the extra_rounds add-on.
Delivery
Delivery timelines begin from the date of the completed brief and agreed scope, not from payment. We communicate proactively if circumstances affect the agreed timeline.
Intellectual property
On receipt of full payment and final delivery, copyright in the delivered copy transfers to the client. Draft versions remain property of copywritebytes. We retain the right to reference completed projects in our portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.
Limitation of liability
copywritebytes is not liable for the commercial outcomes of delivered copy. We warrant all work is original. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates or revenue outcomes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Roma, Italy.
