Delivery timelines begin from the date of the completed brief, not from payment.

Revision delivery
Revised drafts are delivered within 4 working days of receiving consolidated client feedback.
Final delivery
Final files are delivered once the last revision round is complete, confirmed in writing by email. You own all delivered material upon receipt of full payment.
