Refund Policy

All services provided by copywritebytes are digital services delivered to order.

Before work begins

If you cancel before the discovery brief is completed and before any research has started, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

After discovery brief, before first draft

If research has begun but the first draft has not been delivered, a 50% refund is available, reflecting the research and structural planning work already completed.

After first draft delivery

No refund is available after the first draft has been delivered. Revision rounds allow for adjustments within the agreed scope.

If we fail to deliver

If copywritebytes fails to deliver within the agreed timeline without prior notice, or if delivered work materially fails to address the agreed brief, you are entitled to a full refund. Claims must be submitted in writing to ciao@copywritebytes.com within 14 days of the relevant delivery date.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
