FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Straight answers on process, services, pricing and delivery.

What kind of businesses do you typically work with?

Mostly SaaS companies, e-commerce brands, professional services firms, and digital agencies who need copy for their own marketing. We are sector-agnostic but we do lean toward B2B, tech-adjacent, and Italian businesses expanding into English-speaking markets. If your brief is interesting, the sector almost does not matter.

Can you write in Italian and English?

Yes, both natively. For bilingual projects, we do not translate from one language to the other. We write each version separately for its intended audience. Italian and English persuasion have different rhythms, different directness levels, and different expectations for how a business should present itself.

What makes your process different from a freelance copywriter?

The brief and research stage. We do not start writing until we have a clear picture of the audience, their objection landscape, and what the copy needs to achieve. Most freelancers start with a template and fill in the blanks. We start with the problem and build the argument around it.

What is included in app and UI microcopy?

Anything the user reads inside the product. Onboarding steps, empty states, error messages, tooltip copy, button labels, confirmation dialogs, email notifications triggered by product actions, and the in-product help text. This also includes tone of voice documentation for the interface so the development team can write consistently going forward.

How do revision rounds work?

Each plan specifies a number of revision rounds. A revision round means we collect all feedback at once and produce a new draft addressing it. It is not back-and-forth without limit. Feedback is gathered in one go, addressed comprehensively, and delivered as a new version. Additional rounds can be added via the add-on.

Is my content delivered in a specific format?

In whatever format your team uses. Google Docs for most clients. PDF for formal documentation. Plain text files for development teams. Notion if you prefer. We match the format to your workflow, not the other way around.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We sign standard NDAs before discovery calls for clients who require it. All client briefs are treated as confidential regardless.

Can you adapt to an existing brand voice?

Yes. If you have a brand voice guide, share it with the brief. If not, we infer the voice from existing materials and document it as part of delivery, so future writers can maintain it.
