About this service
A case study that does not get used by the sales team is not a case study. It is a marketing artefact that made everyone feel productive for a week. The case studies that get used are the ones that feel true, answer the objections the buyer actually has, and are short enough for a prospect to read in the 4 minutes they have between calls.
We interview the client, structure the before/after narrative, identify the specific decision or insight that drove the result, and write the story in a format that works for how your sales team actually presents it. That might be a one-page PDF, a web page, a slide, or a short email summary. We write for the format that gets used.
Data matters, but data alone does not make a case study persuasive. The persuasion comes from the decision logic: why did the client choose your product or service over the alternatives, what specific problem were they trying to solve, and what changed as a result. That narrative is the case study. The numbers give it credibility.
